The American Economy – Dire Straits

Posted by admin | February 1st, 2012 | Published in Uncategorized

Provided you get your quality internet through places like internet.clear and the like, you really can’t go anywhere without hearing about it. It’s on television, on the radio and on newspaper headlines everywhere and as the next Presidential race heats up, all kinds of candidates are jockeying up to the position with promises that they know how to fix the problem. Want to know what the real problem is with the economy? The real problem is that it is too big.

The problem with the economy is that the situation is so huge that no one President can fix it. A solution for the economy would span several different Presidents and several different terms and with the two main political parties so polarized in how to approach the problem no real progress would ever be made for a consistent solution. In truth, collaboration is the name of the game but with two political parties so bitterly at odds with one another the hope for that seems remote and, alas, the ones who suffer the most are the American people like you and me.

Only when this country awakens to the magnitude and seriousness of this problem will we ever have a chance at solving it.

Posted by admin | October 10th, 2011 | Published in Uncategorized

For America to be an exemplary part of the current global economy it needs to think domestically again. Though this may appear counterintuitive, America has usually been at the top of whatever game is playing in the world at the moment, and now the game feels local. America’s self image is not unwarranted; much of the world has looked towards America for example and America accepted the position. Today though, individual countries are struggling within their own economic climates; America is no different.

Without losing sight of it’s place on a global scale,

How American Politics Affect The World

Posted by admin | October 8th, 2011 | Published in Uncategorized

By 1950 the United States dominated the worldwide economy. World War II was the upward turning point for the American economy, and with economic strength came political power worldwide. The political leadership dynamic that developed then continues to this day.
